Fix A Critical Bug 2

I am taking out a PHP project for experienced PHP coders
only. There is a bug in this script I need fixed which basically
causes a feature to not load correctly. This is in maybe 2 files
but probably 1 file, but it is important you are an experienced
PHP programmer because it is a key part of the script that
affects other parts of the whole script.

I also need someone who will be available to IM between 6pm and
11pm Eastern Standard time because I need to recreate this bug

1. The site will be for movie industry professionals to rate their experiences with actors, crews and production companie2.
2. No logon will be required. Industry professional will create a rating page for each person/company and share experience with them by giving them a grade of A+, (110 points), A, (100 points), B, (90 points), C, (80 points), D, (70 points) or F, (60 points), or F+, (0 points), for example.
